Today's Middle Level Educator, a podcast produced by the National Middle School Association, is the place to hear conversations, interviews, and commentaries from middle level practitioners, leaders,and experts. (www.nmsa.org)
There are lots of podcasts on this website that include interviews with teachers who are actually integrating technology successfully into their everyday classroom - not just in the computer lab down the hall for a few hours a week or month. The first podcast on this site (currently, at least) is an interview with a 7th grade science teacher who explains how he has used podcasting to get his students actively engaged with the topics he is teaching by addressing the many questions our students have (and, sometimes, never get answered).
There are also many interesting and applicable podcasts that do not deal with technology.
